At Blissbody, we make food and beverage products that are hygienically prepared and sealed for safety. Because of this, we follow a strict no-return policy.


❌ No Returns

  • Once an order is delivered, returns are not accepted.

  • This applies to all Blissbody products, including single bottles/pouches, combo packs, subscriptions, and discounted offers.

  • We cannot accept returns due to food safety, hygiene, and quality regulations.


✅ Refunds or Replacements (Only in Rare Cases)

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

  1. You receive a damaged or leaking product, or

  2. You receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered)

No other reasons are eligible for refunds or replacements.


⏱️ How to Report an Issue

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • Clear photos or videos of the issue

    • Your Order ID and registered contact details

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.


🔄 What Happens Next

  • Our team will review the request.

  • If approved:

    • We will replace the product, or

    • Issue a refund if replacement is not possible.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Blissbody’s decision on refunds or replacements will be final and binding.


❗ Not Eligible for Refunds or Replacements

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Taste, flavour, sweetness, or personal preference

  • Products that have been opened or consumed

  • Incorrect address or delivery failure due to customer error

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Orders placed with incorrect details


📦 Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

  • Products are packed securely before dispatch.

  • Shipping is handled by third-party logistics partners.

  • Blissbody is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Our responsibility ends once the order is successfully delivered.


⚖️ Legal & Liability Clause (Important)

  • By placing an order on Blissbody’s website, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

  • Blissbody is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

  • All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India only.

  • This policy complies with applicable Indian consumer and food safety laws.


📜 Policy Changes

Blissbody reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the website will always apply.
