At Blissbody, we ensure that every order is carefully packed and shipped to reach you safely and on time.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are shipped using trusted third-party courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–5 working days

    • Other locations: 5–8 working days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather, regional restrictions, or unforeseen events.


📍 Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code, and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Blissbody is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address

    • Incorrect contact details

    • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Additional re-delivery charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.


💸 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

  • Any free-shipping offers are subject to terms and minimum order values, which may change without prior notice.


❗ Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share:

    • Clear photos or videos of the package and product

    • Your Order ID

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

🛑 Undelivered / Returned Shipments

  • If an order is returned to us due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer refusal

    • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • The order will not be eligible for refund.

  • Re-shipping (if approved) will be subject to additional shipping charges.


⚖️ Shipping Disclaimer

  • Blissbody’s responsibility ends once the order is successfully handed over to the courier partner.

  • Blissbody is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused during transit by third-party logistics providers.

  • In case of genuine transit damage, Blissbody may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund as per the Return & Refund Policy.


🌍 Serviceable Locations

  • Currently, Blissbody ships within India only.

  • We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations without prior notice.
